My Options for Saturday’s Run
I can either run 13 or 15 miles on Saturday. Part of me knows 13 is the safe option, but I’m thinking making the jump now to 15 will pay off for the next month’s training. Here’s the two route options…both take advantage of the Summer Streets.

15 Miles
Previously, the most I’ve run is 12 miles twice, and my last long run was 10. So what do you think? Should I run 13 or 15. Leave a comment!
